Description

A white-painted telescope placed before a window orients the gaze towards the horizon.
“Dedicated to Duchamp, Iper is an object with a specific function", said the artist at the time, "because it serves to give a total opening onto the reality of the visible: the object is as if erased by the white painting and tends to suggest an opening towards infinity".1
