Play Game, 1967
GPO-0119
Enamel on plexiglas
Five parts 38 x Ø 6 cm each, overall dimensions variable
Collection of the artist
The parts of the work must be set up along a diagonal axis in the room, starting from one corner, so that each part is staggered with respect to the part that comes after it and with intervals that increase in size (depending on the amount of space available).
The installation of the transparent plexiglas elements made by dividing into five parts a tube inside which the artist has poured green enamel paint requires a staggered arrangement on the floor at increasing intervals along a diagonal axis, thus producing an interrupted line.
The same title was given to a variant made during the same year, with cylindrical elements of a different kind to be arranged freely on a plinth (GPO-0118).
